* Unless there is a mistake on our end for example: wrong length, and/or pattern then you must report it within 24 hours of receiving the hair. Hair must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Shipping Policy
Please allow 5-7 business days for processing The Evon Collection product orders and 2-3 business days for shipping. Due to COVID-19 some packages may be delayed and take a longer shipping time. Your order will be shipped to the address on your order after payment is received. It’s imperative that you check your order for accuracy prior to finalizing and submitting payment.

Refund/Exchange Policy

The Evon Collection prides itself in selling top quality hair. Due to COVID 19 hair extensions cannot be resold after being handled or worn by the buyer. For this reason, all orders are final sale once order is placed. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON ANY ORDERS.

Damages and Issues 

We are not liable if any hair becomes damaged by a non-professional due to coloring and/or bleaching as well as styling errors such as shedding due to weft cutting. 

We are not responsible for ANY lost or stolen packages. You will not receive a refund for lost/stolen packages. Your order will not be replaced for lost or stolen packages.
